Any disputes arising in the sector of Human Resource Management would be discussed and settled by the core team comprising of President,Secretary/Director, and the Treasurer. In case the dispute or grievance concerns the member of the core executive members then the
aggrieved staff member may take it up with the Governing Board. Any other issues where the core executive members (President, Secretary, and Treasurer) are not involved may be brought to the “Staff Grievance Cell.” This cell is to consist of the core executive team with two members elected
from among the staff.
